Naval Kapoor
Naval Kapoor is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of I-Engineering, Inc. Launching the company in 1999, Naval developed I-Engineering with a keen focus on creating a robust platform of intuitive software solutions for the property & casualty insurance industry, coupled with attentive service. Serving the US and London markets, Naval has spearheaded the creation of the most comprehensive technology and system development for Companies, MGAs and Wholesalers in the insurance market place.
Naval has over thirty years of experience developing software related businesses and products for the insurance industry. He has managed software related businesses in the area of CAD/CAM, e-commerce and internet based products and services. Naval received a Bachelor of Technology degree (Hons) from an Indian University and attended MSc program at University of Bridgeport and MBA program at Pace University, N.Y.
Outside the office, Naval enjoys spending time on Cape Cod and playing with his grandson.
Gaurav Mehra
Gaurav Mehra is the Director of Development, heading I-Engineering’s Development Center at the company’s Asian headquarters in India. With more then15 years of experience in the IT industry, Gaurav provides technical leadership and direction to multiple software engineering teams within I-Engineering. With his motivated team, Gaurav consistently delivers value driven software solutions through conscientious research and product development.
Gaurav received his MCA (Master of Computer Applications) from Bangalore University. He holds several certifications, including Cognos Certified Level 3, Six Sigma qualification, and CMMI 5 process certified CARITOR.
Gaurav enjoys traveling, trying new culinary experiences and spending time with his wife and two children.
